Agreement on the processing of personal data
This Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between Metropolitan Premium Property (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the user of the Company’s website located at https://palm-jebel-ali.property/ (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
Personal Data Processing
1.1. The User hereby provides consent to the Company for the collection, storage, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Consent Withdrawal
7.1. The User has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data at any time by notifying the Company in writing.
7.2. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the User’s consent before its withdrawal.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
By using the Company’s website and providing personal data, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company in accordance with its terms.
